The Dutch Brick 18 × 8 × 4.5 cm is one of the most distinctive brick formats inspired by traditional European architecture. Its slender and elongated shape gives façades and interiors a particularly elegant and subtle character, fitting beautifully into both modern architecture and projects inspired by historic buildings. Our Dutch Brick is a handmade brick produced mainly in the Melange colour palette, combining natural shades of orange, red, and cherry red. The natural colour transitions created during firing in the traditional Hoffmann ring kiln give each brick its individual character while creating a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing composition on a façade or in an interior.
The Dutch Brick format is particularly well suited to contemporary barn-style homes, minimalist façades, loft-style interiors, and projects inspired by Dutch and Northern European architecture. The brick’s lower height creates a more subtle and elegant masonry pattern, appreciated in both modern and classic architecture.
Upon individual request, the brick can be produced in a more expressive colour palette similar to our Retro or Zendra models. An aged version with a distinctive, rustic surface texture is also available.
Our products are made exclusively from natural raw materials, without chemical additives, dyes, or plasticisers. Thanks to our traditional production technology and handmade forming process, we guarantee the highest quality and the unique character of every individual brick.
