The Melange Brick Slips with an aged finish are handmade brick slips featuring the same colour palette as our classic Melange Brick. They are dominated by natural shades of orange, red, and cherry red, creating a warm and harmonious colour composition. However, this model has a completely different surface character. The surface of the brick slips features numerous indentations, irregularities, and a natural, raw texture, resulting in a distinctly aged and more rustic appearance. This distinctive finish gives façades and interiors exceptional depth and an authentic character.
The brick slips are cut from new Melange Bricks with an aged finish, allowing them to retain the authentic visible face of the handmade brick and the characteristic texture of our aged models. The colour and aged effect are fully consistent with the full-size Melange Brick with an aged finish, allowing for a cohesive and natural brickwork appearance with a reduced material thickness.
The Melange Brick Slips with an aged finish are an excellent choice for contemporary barn-style homes, loft-style interiors, and minimalist architecture, as well as for projects inspired by rustic or industrial styles. Their distinctive surface texture gives every project an individual and timeless character.
Our products are made exclusively from natural raw materials, without chemical additives, dyes, or plasticisers. Thanks to the traditional firing process in a Hoffmann ring kiln and our handmade forming process, we guarantee the highest quality and the unique character of every individual brick slip.
