Retro Brick Slips are handmade brick slips in natural shades of red and cherry red. For years, we have carefully sorted our Retro Brick Slips so that each visible face features characteristic colour variations in shades of yellow, grey, and black, created during the natural firing process in the traditional Hoffmann ring kiln. As a result, each brick slip has its own individual character and unique appearance.
The brick slips are cut from new Retro Bricks, allowing them to retain the authentic visible face of a handmade brick and the natural texture characteristic of traditional brick masonry. They pair beautifully with modern architecture, including contemporary barn-style homes, lofts, and minimalist façades, as well as with classic architecture and rustic projects.
Our brick slips give projects an exceptional, timeless, and distinctive character. They are made exclusively from natural raw materials, without chemical additives, dyes, or plasticisers.
